Donald Trump has delivered his first outdoor rally speech behind bulletproof glass following an assassination attempt. After the attempt on Trump's life, the U.S. Secret Service has moved some of President Biden's security personnel to Trump's campaign headquarters.
The New York Times reported that bulletproof glass will now be utilized during Trump's outdoor rally speeches, a measure previously reserved only for sitting presidents.
It is worth noting that on July 14, gunshots were fired during Donald Trump's speech in Pennsylvania. Trump sustained minor physical injuries. As a result of the incident, one person was killed, and two others were injured.
