On the night of August 19 to 20, people in various parts of the world witnessed an intriguing astronomical event known as the Super Blue Moon. This phenomenon combines two unique celestial events: a Super Moon and a Blue Moon.
Such an event will not be observed again until 2037. A Super Moon occurs when the full moon phase coincides with the moon's position at its closest point to Earth (perigee). A Blue Moon generally refers to the occurrence of two full moons within a single calendar month.
