Turkish Armed Forces Conduct Air Operations in Northern Iraq

The Turkish Armed Forces have carried out air operations in northern Iraq, neutralizing nine militants of the banned Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK), as reported by the country's Ministry of Defense.

According to the statement, “The Turkish Armed Forces continue to deliver effective strikes against terrorist targets. Nine terrorists located in the Hakurk region of northern Iraq were neutralized during the air operation.”
