Around 1800 Heads of Livestock Feed Burned in Herher Village

At 03:49 on August 17, the Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center received a call reporting that a haystack was burning near a house in Herher village. Three firefighting teams from the Ministry of Emergency Situations' regional rescue department were dispatched to the scene.

It was determined that animal feed was burning under the cover adjacent to one of the houses on 18th Street in Herher village. The fire was isolated by 06:00 and extinguished by 11:30. Approximately 1800 heads of stored animal feed were burned, and the cover (about 56 square meters) made of iron structural elements was damaged.
