Foreign Ministry Confirms Signing of Document on Control over Goris-Kapan Highway

The Armenian Foreign Ministry responded to a query from Sputnik Armenia regarding whether a document had been signed with Russia for the implementation of border control over the Goris-Kapan highway following the 44-day war in Artsakh.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed the existence of such a document. “We inform you that a document of this nature has been signed between the Ministers of Defense of the Republic of Armenia and the Russian Federation,” the ministry stated.
