Erdogan and Mahmoud Abbas Meet
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan met with Palestinian leader Mahmoud Abbas. The meeting took place in Ankara in a closed format.
On August 15, Abbas is scheduled to address the Turkish parliament. The day before, the Palestinian president held talks with Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow.
