Brawl at a Hall in Ashtarak

Early today, shortly after midnight, the operational management center of the Police of the Republic of Armenia received a report from the Ashtarak Medical Center that a 22-year-old resident of Sasunik village was admitted with bodily injuries and in an unconscious state.

The police reported that as a result of measures taken by officers of the Ashtarak division, it was determined that on August 13, at 10:30 PM, a conflict broke out at one of the event halls in Ashtarak city involving the 22-year-old musician and two other participants aged 30 and 26.

The argument continued in the yard of the hall, escalating into a fight during which the young man from Sasunik sustained injuries.

The 26-year-old resident of Khanjyan village and the 30-year-old resident of Sasunik village provided confessional statements to the Ashtarak division of police. The documents prepared have been submitted to the investigative department of Aragatsotn region.
