Paris 2024: Malhas Amoyan to Compete for Bronze Medal Against Armenian Wrestler

At the Paris Olympic Games, in the 77 kg weight category of Greco-Roman wrestling, Armenian representative Malhas Amoyan will face Uzbekistan's Aram Vardanyan for the bronze medal. In the consolation match, Aram Vardanyan secured victory with a score of 11:0 against Algeria's Abd Elkrim Ouakalin.

In the quarter-finals, Aram Vardanyan lost to Japan's Nao Kusakai with a score of 2:12, who went on to defeat Roman Amoyan in the semi-finals with a score of 3:1.
