Second Person Successfully Receives Neuralink Implant, Says Musk

Second person has successfully received a Neuralink implant in their brain, aimed at helping paralyzed individuals control computers through thought. This was announced by American entrepreneur Elon Musk, owner of Neuralink, during a podcast with YouTube blogger Lex Fridman.

"I don't want to jinx it, but it seems everything has gone very well with this implant. It is receiving numerous signals and has many electrodes. It works wonderfully," Musk stated. He also added that there are 400 electrodes functioning in the patient's brain.

Musk noted that the company plans to increase the number of patients with Neuralink implants to ten by the end of the year.
