When Will the Rain Stop: Upcoming Weather Forecast

In various regions of Armenia, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected from August 3 to 7 in the afternoon. This is reported by the Hydrometeorological Center.

According to the announcement, the wind will be from the southwest at a speed of 2-5 m/s. During thunderstorms, the wind is expected to strengthen, reaching speeds of 18-23 m/s.

In the evening hours, wind intensification is expected in Armavir, as well as in the foothills of Kotayk and Aragatsotn, with speeds of 14-18 m/s.

The air temperature will gradually rise by 4-8 degrees from August 3 to 5. In some parts of Yerevan today, as well as in the evening of August 6-7, brief rain and thunderstorms are possible.

From August 4 to 5, dry weather is forecast.

Wind intensification is also expected during thunderstorms, reaching 18-22 m/s, and in the evening hours, at speeds of 14-18 m/s.
