Body of 35-Year-Old Man Found on Roof of His Own Home

Today, on August 1, a tragic incident occurred in the Gegharkunik region. At around 1:15 PM, operational information was received at the Vardenis division of the Ministry of Internal Affairs that a body had been found in one of the houses in the villages they serve.

According to Shamshyan, police and patrol officers discovered the body of 34-year-old Tevos Gh. on the roof of a house on 10th Street in the same village. Preliminary reports suggest that Tevos Gh. committed suicide by hanging himself with an electric wire from the penultimate step of a wooden ladder leading to his roof around 12:30 PM.

According to the preliminary conclusion of the forensic expert, there are no signs of violence on the body based on the external examination. A criminal case has been initiated in the investigative department of Vardenis regarding the incident.
