Iran Will Make 'Occupant Terrorists' Regret Their Actions, Says Pezeshkian

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has stated that the country will defend its sovereignty and will make the 'occupant terrorists' regret their actions following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, head of the Palestinian Hamas movement’s political bureau, in Tehran.

“The Islamic Republic of Iran will defend its territorial integrity and dignity,” Tasnim quoted Pezeshkian as saying.

It is worth noting that Ismail Haniyeh was killed as a result of an attack on his residence in the Iranian capital, Tehran.
