Rubinyan Discusses Meeting with Kılıç

The special representative for the normalization process between Armenia and Turkey, Ruben Rubinyan, has reflected on his meeting with Serdar Kılıç.

"I had a good meeting with Serdar Kılıç at the Armenia-Turkey border. We reaffirmed previously reached agreements and coordinated new measures to strengthen trust, including the assessment of technical requirements that will enable the operation of railway connections between our countries," he wrote on his microblog on X.
