VIDEO: 'In Sevan': Surenyan's Footage and Upcoming Weather

The Deputy Director of the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center, Gagik Surenyan, has posted a video on his Facebook page, stating: 'In Sevan.'

From July 24-26 and on the evening of the 29th, brief rain and thunderstorms are possible in some parts of Yerevan. The Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center also presents the weather forecasts for the upcoming days.

On July 27 and 28, and during the night of the 29th, intermittent rain and thunderstorms are expected, with the possibility of heavy rain in certain areas. Wind intensification is also anticipated during thunderstorms, reaching speeds of 20-25 m/s, and 17-20 m/s in the evening hours.

In the regions, on July 24 and 29 during the day, and at night and after noon on the 25th and 26th, brief rain and thunderstorms are expected in some districts. On July 27 and 28, and during the night of the 29th, rain and thunderstorms are anticipated in significant parts of the regions, with the possibility of heavy downpours and hail in some areas. The wind will be northeast at 2-5 m/s, with intensification expected during thunderstorms up to 18-23 m/s.

In the evening hours, wind intensification is expected in Armavir, Kotayk, and the foothills of Aragatsotn, with speeds of 17-20 m/s. The air temperature will gradually decrease by 6-8 degrees on the 28th and 29th.
