Just moments ago, the well-known 'Varem-Marem' building in Gyumri, which has historical significance in Armenian cinema, partially collapsed. The video has been shared from blogger Rafik Hambardzumyan's page.

The building, located at 2 Achemian Street in Gyumri, suffered a partial collapse. This structure is also known for its balcony featured in a famous scene involving Frunzik Mkrtchyan and Galia Novents from the film 'Our Childhood Tango,' which many have noted is in a deteriorating condition.

The iconic moment immortalized in 'Our Childhood Tango' altered the building's identity, now widely recognized as the structure with the 'Varem-Marem' balcony. Numerous letters have been sent to various authorities requesting rescue for the building.
