Video: 'Flood' at the Opera House

ArmLur.am has received a video showing the poor condition of the roof of the Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall. The video displays water pouring from the theater's roof, causing significant damage to state property. It appears that the economic aspect of the structure may suffer, as well as the artistic side.
