Activities of Several Fuel Selling Organizations Suspended and Sealed

Based on the assignments of the head of the RA Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety Inspection Body, fire-technical investigations were conducted by specialists of the Inspection Body on the gas station operated at 14 Arin Berd Street, Yerevan, as well as on the liquefied hydrocarbon gas filling station and the oil product storage facility.

Fire-technical investigations were also conducted around the wholesale agricultural products market in the village of Gayi, Armavir region, concerning a vehicle of type "Ford Transit 2.5D." It was established that diesel fuel sales were being conducted via two plastic containers, each with a capacity of 2,000 liters, located in the transport vehicle's cargo area and adjacent area.

It was recorded that the mobile filling station operated by the company "Best Invest" LLC, which is classified as a production hazardous facility, is not registered in the register of hazardous production facilities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and has not undergone the annual technical safety examination as required. Numerous violations of fire safety regulatory documents were also recorded in both facilities, which pose an immediate and direct threat to the risk of fire and the security of human life and health.

Therefore, considering the riskiness and degree of danger associated with violations of fire safety requirements, operations of the gas station, liquefied hydrocarbon gas filling station, and oil product storage facility located at 14 Arin Berd Street, Yerevan have been completely suspended until the identified violations are rectified. Additionally, the operation of the oil product filling station utilizing the 2,000-liter plastic containers associated with the "Ford Transit 2.5D" vehicle owned by "Best Invest" LLC has been prohibited. As a result of cooperation between the Inspection Body of the RA Ministry of Urban Development and the RA Compulsory Enforcement Service, the mentioned facilities have also been sealed.
