Ursula von der Leyen Re-elected as EU's Highest Official
European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen has been re-elected for a new 5-year term. This is confirmed by the voting results from the new session of the European Parliament members.
Von der Leyen's candidacy was supported by 401 members, while 284 voted against her, and 15 abstained.
