Biden Says He’s Tired of Musk and His 'Rich Friends'

U.S. President Joe Biden has announced that he is tired of American entrepreneur Elon Musk and his "rich friends." He expressed this sentiment on his X (formerly Twitter) page.
"I’m tired of Elon Musk and his rich friends trying to buy elections," wrote Biden.

On July 15, Donald Trump officially became the GOP nominee for President. Bloomberg and The Wall Street Journal reported that Musk has decided to support Trump’s campaign as a sponsor. According to WSJ, the entrepreneur plans to donate $45 million per month for this purpose.

Previously, Musk had stated that he was not considering financing either Biden's or Trump's campaign. The funds Musk intends to contribute to Trump’s organization will go to a political action committee known as America PAC, the newspaper reported. This organization is not directly affiliated with the politician's campaign.

Musk has shown support for Trump following an unsuccessful assassination attempt against him, asserting that there hasn’t been a candidate as compelling in the U.S. since Theodore Roosevelt nearly 100 years ago.
