Temperature to Decrease by 4-5 Degrees: Weather in Armenia

In many regions of the Republic of Armenia, from today until July 20, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected, with heavy rain possible in some areas, along with the chance of hail. This information was provided by the Hydrometeorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations.

The wind will be from the southwest at 2-5 m/s, and during thunderstorms, gusts are expected to increase with speeds of 19-24 m/s. In the evening hours, wind gusts in Armavir, Kotayk, and the foothills of Aragatsotn are anticipated to reach 18-23 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to decrease by 4-5 degrees during the day tomorrow.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are also expected from July 17 to 20. During thunderstorms and in the evening, wind gusts of 18-23 m/s are anticipated.
