Construction Projects for Displaced Families from Artsakh Published on Urban Development Committee's Website
As part of the state support program for providing housing to families forcibly displaced from Artsakh, beneficiaries can utilize sample projects for the construction of residential houses. The official website of the Urban Development Committee has published project documentation developed by licensed organizations under the 'Guidelines' section, which have been examined and approved by the committee.
Projects for residential houses with areas of 40 sqm, 60 sqm, 75 sqm, 90 sqm, and 120 sqm have been categorized, presented by five organizations. New proposals will also be added to this section in the future.
Of the 18 published projects, eight feature traditional constructions with load-bearing stone walls and reinforced concrete frameworks, while ten are designs for rapidly constructed houses, which include the indicative value per square meter, cost estimates, volume sheets, and explanatory notes.
After selecting a preferred option, it is necessary to apply to the licensed organizations carrying out the construction, the list of which is published on the committee's website, or to the company authoring the project.
Families forcibly displaced from Artsakh can apply for the state support program through a platform created by the Ministry of Labor and Social Issues. Details of the program are available on the information platform bnakavayr.am.
