“The disciplinary responsibility may seem like a small consolation for Anna Danibekyan. She knew very well that this status would be assigned to her. And after that, she took this step purposefully and in a balanced manner. It should have been noticed as soon as possible. Indeed, she has received large sums of money; 100 percent she has received significant amounts. Our citizens should be forgiving, as we, as a government, cannot fulfill the commitments at that level in this sphere. The ground should burn beneath Anna Danibekyan’s feet, wherever she may be in the world. Justice is being served; it is true, it is delayed, but it is happening,” he said.

Recall that yesterday, the Judicial Administrative Court suspended the powers of Judge Anna Danibekyan, who was examining the case of Robert Kocharian. According to the Justice Ministry's assessment, she grossly violated the code of conduct for judges, resulting in the defendants, including Robert Kocharian, being relieved of responsibility on the basis of the statute of limitations.

Danibekyan was not present at the hearing.
