We Will Go to War If Another's Boot Steps on Our Land: Lukashenko

Belarus is offering to regulate its relations with Poland and Lithuania, but has yet to see reciprocity. This was announced by Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, as reported by Belta.

Lukashenko detailed how the recently tense situation at the Belarusian-Ukrainian border was successfully resolved. “Firing is an extreme measure. We should always learn to negotiate. In this conflict, the military has played the entire role. We did not involve diplomats. But we worked with diplomatic language. We achieved successes. Remember and know that we do not want to go to war. We will only go to war if another's boot steps on our land. We will do everything through diplomatic means to regulate our relations, primarily with our neighbors,” Lukashenko stated.
