Rescue Teams Bring Citizen Back to Shore

On July 15, at 4:33 PM, the crisis management center of the Gegharkunik regional rescue service received a report that during a shift at the first public beach of Lake Sevan, rescuers noticed a citizen engaged in stand-up paddleboarding had drifted about 150 meters from the shore and was unable to return on their own. This information was provided by the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.
The rescuers brought the citizen, K. H. (born in 1990), and the watercraft back to the shore.
