VIDEO: We Have Made Abortion Not Easier, But Safer – Narek Zeynalyan

Narek Zeynalyan, a member of the parliamentary faction 'Civil Contract', was asked by a journalist: 'You are also one of the authors of the project which simplifies abortion. The project has caused quite a stir and dissatisfaction; what prompted such a project?'

In response to the question, Zeynalyan stated, 'The project has not caused a significant uproar; at least, I haven't noticed any negative reactions. This project does not make abortion easier but enshrines in law the safer and more advanced methods available globally. It sets forth provisions on how it should be done and in what timing.'
