Video: Incident at Restaurant, Commander of Jermuk's Unit Flips Table and Fights

ArmLur.am has published a video showing an incident on May 24 at the "State House" restaurant in Jermuk, involving Arman Movsesyan, the commander of the Jermuk unit.

According to reports received by ArmLur.am, a criminal case has been initiated, but there are concerns that law enforcement may not conduct an objective investigation.

The Investigative Committee informed the media, stating: "A criminal case has been initiated regarding the incident under the provisions of part 2 of Article 195 and part 1 of Article 297 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. An investigation is underway, necessary investigative and procedural actions have been conducted, and the preliminary investigation is ongoing. At this time, no criminal prosecution has been initiated against any individual in connection with the case."
