VIDEO: I Am Not Guilty, Vladimir Gasparyan

After the court session, former police chief Vladimir Gasparyan answered reporters' questions. According to Gasparyan, Osipyan has betrayed the system, just as he has betrayed the person (referring to himself) who appointed him to the position of police chief and awarded him the general's rank, and now he is trying to play the opposition.

He stated that he has done everything possible to maintain order within the system and even relieved people from their positions who did not comply with his instructions.
