Queues at Metro Stations: Gevorg Stepanyan

Queues are forming at metro stations. Gevorg Stepanyan, a member of the "Mother Armenia" faction, has written on Facebook: "The true face of the ruling party is visible at the Yerevan metro, where citizens are forced to stand in line for hours even when trying to use the subway. No conditions have been created to ease citizens' issues, but instead, there are increasing problems, higher costs, and additional obstacles for the public.

It should be noted that new turnstiles with a new payment system have been installed at the Yerevan metro stations; citizens will purchase their tickets using a QR code application or a terminal instead of tokens. There is still one location where token passage is enabled, and as we can see, there is a line there as well.
