The Cost of the Russian Strike on Ukraine According to Forbes

On July 8, the cost of a massive missile strike by Russia on Ukraine is estimated to be between $200 million to $250 million, according to calculations by Forbes.

Ukraine claims that the Russian Federation launched 38 missiles of various types, and Forbes estimates the total cost of the strike to be between $200 million and $250 million. Furthermore, the total value of the 30 missiles destroyed by Ukraine's air defense is estimated to range from $160 million to $200 million.

Earlier reports indicated that Russia had launched a variety of missiles towards Ukraine, including Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles, Iskander-M ballistic missiles, X-59/X-69 guided missiles, as well as X-101, X-22, Kalibr, and Tsirkon cruise missiles.

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated earlier that on July 8, Russia launched over 40 missiles of various types during the morning missile strike on Ukraine. The Russian missile attack has resulted in 31 fatalities, with another 140 injured and more than 50 civilian objects damaged.
