UK to Supply Ukraine with Precision-Guided Brimstone Missiles

The United Kingdom will supply an additional 90 precision-guided Brimstone missiles, 10 AS-90 self-propelled artillery units, and a quarter million rounds of ammunition to Ukraine. This was announced by the new UK Defense Secretary John Healey during a visit to Odesa.

The next package of military aid to the authorities in Kyiv also includes 50 small boats, 40 demining machines, and 61 bulldozers to strengthen defensive positions, as well as spare parts for previously supplied AS-90 units.

“There has been a change of government, but the leading parties in the UK are united on the situation in Ukraine. As Secretary of Defense, I will ensure that we strengthen the United Kingdom's support by increasing the supply of essential military aid,” Healey said, who was appointed following the victory of Keir Starmer’s Labour Party in the parliamentary elections on July 5.
