Bayramov States Main Condition for Signing Peace Agreement

The main condition for the signing of a lasting Peace Agreement between Baku and Yerevan is the cessation of territorial claims against Azerbaijan, as stipulated by the Constitution of Armenia. This was stated by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Bayramov, according to local media reports.

He assured that Azerbaijan is the most interested party in establishing stable peace in the region. It should be noted that the Armenian side has repeatedly declared at various platforms and levels of different agencies that the amendment of the Constitution is an internal issue of our country.
