A Dispute Occurred Near the Avshar Village Municipality, Gunshots Were Heard

According to SHAMSHYAN, on June 25, operational information was received at the Ararat Division of the Armenian Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ararat Regional Administration regarding a dispute involving residents of Avshar village—18-year-old Karen Kh. and 27-year-old Lyudvik M. During the altercation, it is possible that Lyudvik M. shot at Karen Kh.'s leg with a hunting rifle. Additionally, between 3 to 4 other individuals participated in the dispute.

Karen Kh. has been summoned to the Ararat police department, where he reported that on June 24, around 20:00, he noticed a group of people arguing near the municipality of Avshar village. He approached them and recognized only his fellow villager, Lyudvik M. At that moment, he heard the sound of a gunshot, after which the individuals fled the scene. Karen also left but noticed that his right leg was bleeding.

The police are taking measures to locate Lyudvik M. and to identify the other individuals involved.
