Strict Checks and 'Undesirable Person': Flyone Announces New Rules for Passengers from Yerevan

Flyone airline has established new travel rules for passengers on Yerevan-Chisinau flights. This was reported by the airline's press service.

“New travel rules for the Yerevan-Chisinau flight of FLYONE ARMENIA:

1. Passenger Inspection
   • Transfer of Passenger List: The list of passengers for Yerevan-Chisinau flights will be forwarded to the relevant authorities in Moldova prior to departure.
   • Additional Checks: Authorities will conduct additional checks before takeoff and landing to identify and prevent potential security threats.
   • Boarding Permission: Only passengers who have received permission to participate in the flight will be allowed to continue their journey. Passengers who are denied boarding or identified as 'undesirable persons' (persona non grata) will not be able to travel and will not be able to apply for a ticket refund.
2. Additional Security Control
   • Border Control and Boarding: In Yerevan, all passengers will undergo additional security checks when crossing the state border and/or boarding the aircraft.
   • Cash Limit: A cash limit of $3,000 or the equivalent in any currency is in effect for flights from Yerevan to Chisinau on FLYONE Armenia.
   • Declaration of Funds: Authorized individuals will verify available funds. Passengers who possess more than $3,000 in cash and cannot prove the source of the funds will not be allowed to continue their journey.    • Amount Declaration: All passengers must fill out a form declaring the amount of money they have when crossing the border.
3. Arrival at the Airport
   • Arrival: Passengers must arrive at the airport at least 4 hours before departure to complete all the necessary procedures to ensure flight security.
