According to the information from the 'Joghovurd' newspaper, a discussion has recently taken place within the domestic law enforcement system, and it has been decided that there will be no amnesty or concessions. In particular, an analysis of road traffic accidents and their causes has been conducted, revealing that the main reasons for tragic accidents stem from talking on the phone while driving and not fastening seatbelts.

"The leadership has instructed to commence intensified enforcement against all vehicles with tinted windows, those not using seatbelts, and drivers who talk on the phone while driving, with specific penalties to be implemented. There has even been a question raised that internal calls won't save anyone; everyone will be punished in order to change the disgraceful and tragic statistics of fatalities," the 'Joghovurd' newspaper reported.
