Artsakh Residents Can Now Get Answers to Their Questions via 114 Information Service

The Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs has announced: “Dear compatriots of Artsakh, starting today, the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs is launching the ‘114 Information Service’ developed in collaboration with UNICEF on the Telegram platform (link: https://t.me/mlsa114_bot). This service will provide a quick and efficient way for Artsakh residents to communicate their questions and receive answers. If needed, citizens will also be able to connect with specialists.

Artsakh residents can search for '114 Information Service (Artsakh)' on Telegram, select their area of interest, and follow the steps to obtain necessary information regarding state assistance programs, including the housing support program providing 40+10 thousand drams, employment support programs, pensions, and more.

The 114 Information Service will soon also be available on other official platforms of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The platform has been launched with the initiative of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs and the support of UNICEF, facilitated by the ‘Entrepreneurship Incubator’ Foundation (EIF) through the ‘Gyumri Technology Center’ (GTC).
