Biden Refers to Himself as a 'Black Woman'
US President Joe Biden made another slip of the tongue by stating that he is 'proud' to be the first 'black woman to serve alongside a black president.' According to telegraph.co.uk, he made this remark during a broadcast on Philadelphia's Wurd radio station.
The 81-year-old Biden likely meant Vice President Kamala Harris, as well as the fact that he served as vice president under Barack Obama, the first black president in US history.
'By the way, I am proud that, as I said, I am the first vice president, the first black woman... who served with a black president,' he said.
The publication reminds that both Obama and Harris made history when they were elected in 2008 and 2020, respectively—Obama as the first black president and Harris as both the first black vice president and the first woman to hold that office.
