Turkey Expects Swift Signing of Peace Treaty Between Azerbaijan and Armenia: Fidan

Turkey expects the swift signing of a peace treaty between Azerbaijan and Armenia. This was announced by the Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan during a meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of Turkic States.

“A historic opportunity for peace has been created in the South Caucasus. This is an opportunity not only for the countries in the region but also in the context of unblocking international transport hubs, which is essential not just for the Turkic world but also for global security,” Fidan’s comments were quoted by Azerbaijani media.
