VIDEO: At least three people killed in explosion in Turkey; 16 injured

In the Torbalı district of Turkey's Izmir province, at least three people have been killed due to an explosion, presumably caused by a gas leak, NTV television reported on Sunday.

“The explosion occurred around 3:00 PM at a confectionery shop located on Barış Manço Street in Torbalı, resulting in the death of three individuals and numerous injuries. It is believed that the cause was a natural gas leak,” the broadcaster reported.

According to IHA agency, at least 16 people have been injured.
