Earthquake Occurs in Azerbaijan

A 5-magnitude earthquake has been recorded in southern Azerbaijan. Azerbaijani media reports this, citing the Republican Seismological Service Center.

According to the agency, the epicenter of the underground tremors was located in the Talish Mountains, with the focus at a depth of 18 kilometers. The earthquake was registered at 07:43 local time.

No information has been reported about casualties or destruction due to the tremors.
