Ministry of Defense Refuses Transferred Real Estate Due to Poor Condition
In today’s government meeting held on June 27, the transfer of certain properties to the Ministry of Defense (MoD) has been declared invalid.
The properties in question are located at the following addresses: 71, 67, and 56 First Street, Kosh village in Aragatsotn Province. These properties were allocated to the MoD.
Prior to the decision, representatives of the MoD conducted a visual examination of the properties being transferred. However, after the decision was made and with the additional detailed study of the properties conducted by experts from the MoD's competent structural subdivisions in the field of capital construction, it became evident that the buildings at these addresses are in very poor condition. The renovation of these structures, or the process of demolishing them and constructing new buildings, is not economically or temporally justified. Consequently, the use of these properties for the needs of the Armed Forces was deemed unsuitable.
Considering that no formal state registration of the mentioned properties has yet taken place under the Ministry of Defense, it is proposed to declare the relevant regulation invalid.
