Steps May Lead to Irreversible Consequences: Zakharova

Moscow warns Seoul against reckless actions, including the potential supply of lethal weapons to Kyiv, which could lead to irreversible consequences for Russia-South Korea relations, stated Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.

"We would like to caution the Republic of Korea against reckless actions that could lead to irreversible consequences for Russian-South Korean relations," she said during a press briefing.

According to her, Russia will not remain indifferent to the transfer of South Korean weapons and equipment to the Ukrainian side.

Earlier, the Yonhap news agency reported, citing the South Korean presidential office, that South Korea would reconsider the possibility of providing lethal weapons to Ukraine after signing a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between Russia and North Korea.
