Russia has surrendered Artsakh to Azerbaijan: Without Russia's permission, there would have been no war - Grigoryan
Russia has come and surrendered Artsakh to Azerbaijan and returned to Russia. This was stated by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a conversation with journalists at the "Building the Future" forum.
“When Armenia was completely dependent on Russia, did we not have a war? We did have one. Let's note that it is due to the existing situation that we have found ourselves in this war. We have tried to bring stability with these changes and are confident that these changes will bring stability,” he mentioned while discussing the shift in foreign policy vectors.
Grigoryan insisted that it was Russia that took Artsakh: “This happened when we were completely dependent on Russia. Russia came, took Artsakh from us, returned it to Azerbaijan, and then went back; this is the whole truth. I insist that Russia has taken Artsakh,” he stated, emphasizing that without Russia's permission, there would have been no war.
