Moscow Does Not Exclude Military-Technical Response to the U.S., Deputy Foreign Minister
Moscow does not rule out a military-technical response to the United States regarding the attack on Sevastopol. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov.
"I will not disclose any details, but I do not exclude anything," Ryabkov said, responding to a question about whether Russia's response to U.S. actions related to the attack on Sevastopol could include military-technical measures.
