The Prime Minister's Office of Armenia Proposes an Initiative to Azerbaijan's Presidential Administration

In recent weeks, the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan has been regularly disseminating information claiming that units of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia are violating the ceasefire regime. Despite the fact that the Ministry of Defense of Armenia has denied all these accusations, Azerbaijan continues to spread such information. This was announced by the Government of Armenia.

"Continuing from the statement made by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia on June 15 of this year and based on the intention of the Government of Armenia to prevent the escalation of tensions, the Prime Minister's Office has proposed to establish a bilateral mechanism for investigating cases of ceasefire violations through diplomatic channels to the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan. The Prime Minister's Office of Armenia proposes to begin practical work on the implementation of the mentioned mechanism," the statement read.
