Investigator Comments on the Seizure of Samvel Shahramanyan's Service Vehicle

Special forces have broken the gate of the Artsakh representation in Armenia and entered the premises. They have seized the service vehicle of Artsakh's President Samvel Shahramanyan located within the representation's territory.

In a conversation with journalists, the investigator from the police working on-site stated that everything is occurring within the framework of a criminal proceeding. “It’s a preliminary investigation secret, and at this stage, we cannot announce anything. The seized vehicle is being moved to a specially secured area for investigative purposes,” he said.

He added, “Our actions are entirely lawful.”
