Ukrainian Armed Forces Again Strike Energodar Electric Substation

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have once again attempted to strike the electric substation in Energodar (in the Zaporizhzhia region), reported the city's administration head, Eduard Senovoz, on Saturday.

“In the last hour, three drone arrivals were recorded; one landed near the Raduga substation,” Senovoz wrote on his Telegram channel. Another two drones exploded in a residential area, the mayor said. A woman was injured and is receiving medical assistance.

Earlier on Friday, the Raduga substation was attacked. Due to the damage incurred, the operations of several facilities at the Zaporizhzhia nuclear power plant, located near Energodar, were disrupted, including the transport workshop, printing house, and processing plant. Parts of the city were also left without electricity.

Electricity was restored to full capacity on Saturday at noon. There are two substations in Energodar. The second one, “Luch,” was hit on June 19.
