Kim Jong Un Gifts Two Hunting Dogs to Putin
Julya
The leader of North Korea, Kim Jong Un, has gifted Russian President Vladimir Putin with a pair of rare Pungsan hunting dogs. This was reported by the Korean Central News Agency.
"Kim Jong Un presented a pair of our national breed, the Pungsan, to President Putin in the garden of the honored guests' residence," the announcement stated. The Pungsan breed is extremely rare outside of North Korea.
Putin was in North Korea's capital for a state visit from June 18-19. This visit was a reciprocal trip, as Kim Jong Un personally conveyed an invitation for Putin to visit when he was in Russia last September.
