Countries That Signed the Final Declaration of the Ukraine Conference Revealed
The Caribbean island nation of Antigua and Barbuda has been added to the list of countries that supported the declaration of the summit on Ukraine held in Burgenstock, Switzerland, despite not being officially declared a participant. This follows updated data from the Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
In addition to the Caribbean state, the Organization of American States is among the signatories, along with 77 other countries, including Kosovo, whose independence is not recognized by the majority of UN member states, the Patriarchate of Constantinople, the European Commission, the Council of Europe, and the European Parliament.
After the summit's conclusion, Jordan, Iraq, and Rwanda withdrew their signatures.
Interestingly, the list of non-signatories has not been published; thus, by removing the 'signatories' from the total list of participants, it can be concluded that Armenia, Bahrain, Brazil, the Vatican, Iraq, India, Indonesia, Jordan, Libya, Mauritania, Mexico, the United Arab Emirates, Rwanda, Saudi Arabia, Thailand, and the PRC did not agree with the summit's outcomes.
The Ukraine summit was held on June 15-16 in Burgenstock. The main topics discussed included nuclear and food security, ensuring navigation, and the exchange of prisoners of war. Russia was not invited.
The final document has been supported by, among others, the United States, EU countries, Switzerland, Canada, Japan, Turkey, Georgia, Moldova, Serbia, and Kosovo.
