Where the Highest Temperatures Will Be Recorded: Weather in Armenia

On June 18 and 21, significant parts of the Republic of Armenia are expected to experience rain and thunderstorms, with some areas seeing intense rainfall and potential hail. Short-term rain and thunderstorms are also anticipated in certain regions on June 19-20 and 22, particularly in the afternoons. This information is presented by the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center.

The wind in the region will be southwest at a speed of 2-5 m/s, with possible wind gusts of 18-23 m/s during thunderstorms. The air temperature is not expected to change significantly.

In Yerevan, rain and thunderstorms are also expected in the afternoon of June 18 and 21, with some localized areas potentially experiencing hail. During thunderstorms, wind gusts are forecasted at speeds of 16-20 m/s. June 22 is anticipated to be dry without precipitation. In the evening hours of June 19-20, short-term rain and thunderstorms may occur in some areas of the city.

On June 18, daytime temperatures in the capital are expected to reach 32-34 degrees Celsius, while evening temperatures will be around +23...+25 degrees Celsius.
