Putin Orders Signing of Agreement
Vladimir Putin has ordered the signing of a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement between the Russian Federation and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.
According to the directive, the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs is allowed to make non-fundamental changes to the draft of the agreement during the negotiations for its signing.
It is noted that the agreement will be signed at a high level.
